How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Forma app on your device
2. Navigate to the Settings tab
3. Scroll down to "Account & Data"
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears

Your account and all associated data (workouts, nutrition logs, profiles) will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your user profile and authentication credentials
• All workout logs and exercise history
• All nutrition logs and food data
• Your progress tracking data
• Billing and subscription information (with RevenueCat)
• Any synced health data from HealthKit or Health Connect
• Local device data associated with your account
