Yes. Forma is free to download. A 7-day Forma Pro trial is available to eligible new subscribers where offered by the store.

What does Forma Pro unlock?

Forma Pro unlocks AI coaching, progressive overload analytics, muscle recovery mapping, TDEE and weight projections, advanced nutrition insights, and unlimited features.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation stops future charges. It does not refund previous payments. Manage your subscription through the App Store or Google Play.

Can I get a refund?

Forma does not offer a separate refund promise. Any refund request is governed by the payment provider and the Forma Terms.
