Four apps. Four subs.
Zero clarity.

If you're serious about training, you've probably collected a stack: one app for lifts, one for macros, one for weight, one for steps. None of them talk to each other. You stop logging. Progress stops with it.

Before Forma

Your training data lives in pieces. Switching apps mid-set, copying numbers across tabs, paying four bills for one goal.

→ What's inside

Three pillars.
One journal.

Forma is built around the only three numbers that actually move the needle: what you lifted, what you ate, and how your body responded.

→ Pillar 01

Train.

Pre-built routines, supersets, and a rest timer that doesn't disappear. Log a set in one tap, not five screens.

Smart rest timer Auto PR tracking 1RM estimate Volume per muscle
→ Pillar 02

Eat.

Barcode scan and a 2,400-food database. Save your meals, log breakfast in three taps, target macros that match your training load.

Barcode scanner Photo recognition Custom meals Macro targets
→ Pillar 03

Progress.

Smoothed weight trend, strength curves, muscle volume per group. Spot what's working and what's stalling in five seconds.

→ Forma AI · weekly coach

Your data, read aloud.
Every week.

Most apps show you charts. Forma reads them for you. After 14 days of logging, the AI coach watches your weight, calories, training volume, and sleep together, then writes one paragraph that tells you exactly what to do next week.

→ Questions

Things people ask before downloading.

Is Forma actually free to start?
Yes. Forma is free to download. Where available, eligible new subscribers can start a 7-day Forma Pro trial. The U.S. App Store currently lists $7.99/month or $39.99/year; other stores and regions may differ.
Why do I need 14 days before AI coaching unlocks?
A coach that gives you advice on day three is guessing. We need to see your real weight trend, your real intake variability, and your real lift volume to say anything useful. Two weeks is the floor for honest signal.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Logging, viewing history, the rest timer, and barcode scan all work without a connection. Sync happens silently when you’re back online.
Can I import data from another app?
CSV import is supported for nutrition history and workout logs. Strong, MyFitnessPal, and Hevy exports work out of the box.
Is Forma available on iOS?
Yes. Forma is available now on the App Store, with the same account and synced data across your devices.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation stops future subscription charges but does not refund previous payments. Manage cancellation through your App Store or Google Play account. Your data controls remain available, including export and account deletion.
